Chelsea Detail Officer Apprehends Bank Robber

Congratulations to Lieutenant Tom Dunn of the Chelsea police dept for arresting a suspected bank robber who was fleeing from the Sovereign bank after a robbery.

According to Police Chief Bryan Kyes “Lieutenant Dunn heard the description of the suspect and was about to send police to his house when he spotted the man at a red light and pulled him over.”

The Chief also made note of a witness who was able to follow the robber, Jason Englen, 29, of Chelsea out of the bank and alert an officer working a detail there.
