McDonald v. City of Chicago Recap

The Federalist society has an interesting podcast recap of the McDonald v. City of Chicago firearms case from the Supreme Court. On their new blog, they go into the various rationale that the Justices use in their opinions, giving insight to the direction the court would likely take in future cases. The whole podcast isn’t that long.
