Modified Miranda Warnings part 2

On April 7 we updated on the recent Supreme Court decision in Florida v. Powell and its implications for Miranda warnings. Essentially, the new modified and shortened warnings will satisfy the legal requirements. The Federalist Society has posted a 13 minute overview of the case which does a good job of giving another overview of it.
